Shipping Policy

At The Culinary Stone, we ship premium kitchenware, coffee items, and select culinary items within the United States only (no international shipping). We use USPS as our primary carrier for reliable, cost-effective delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays & family events).
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships, with tracking info (if available).
  • Processing may take longer during peak holidays, events, or high-volume periods, thank you for your patience!

Local Store Pickup

  • Available at: 2129 N Main St, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814.
  • Pick up during regular store hours (daily from open to close).
  • Most orders are ready in 24 hours or less; we'll notify you via email or text when ready.
  • Feel free to stop by early—we'll prepare it quickly!

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and USPS rates.
  • Delivery estimates (from ship date):
    • USPS Ground/First-Class: 3–7 business days (most areas).
    • USPS Priority Mail: 1–4 business days.
  • These are estimates only—actual delivery depends on USPS and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Important: Accurate Shipping Information

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes (USPS limitation for many items).
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses result in the package being returned to us or abandoned by the carrier. In these cases:
    • No refunds or replacements are issued.
    • You may be charged for return shipping and a restocking fee (at our discretion).
  • Double-check your address before placing your order to avoid issues!

Delivery Issues After Shipment

  • Once shipped, tracking is provided—monitor your package.
  • For lost, delayed, or damaged-in-transit issues, contact USPS directly (use your tracking number).
  • We can assist with claims if needed, but ultimate resolution is through the carrier.

Other Notes

  • Fragile/premium items (e.g., cast iron, glassware) are carefully packaged, but we are not liable for carrier mishandling beyond initial inspection.
  • Perishables/food items follow our return policy (final sale—no returns).
